YEN TING CHO Studio produces unique artworks, installations and contemporary designs for luxury fashion accessories, interiors and exteriors. Our work blurs the boundaries between art, design and fashion.

Established in east London in 2016, we moved into our Taipei studio HQ and public gallery in 2023. We also have a studio in London, with a publishing house (established in 2020). As we enter a new phase of our development, we are seeking partners to help us go expand our global reach and international partnerships.

Our main projects this year include a major public art project for the new Taiwan Taoyuan Airport terminal, international exhibitions, creation of new artworks, product design and development, art curation, and art book publishing (related links https://linktr.ee/yentingcho).

#Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

1. At least two years of experience in e-commerce operations and management, ideally with the ability to provide guidance and resolve practical business challenges.
2. Strong goal-oriented mindset, self-motivated and team player, and excellent business communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to track and adapt to dynamic changes in the e-commerce marketplace.
4. Proficient in copywriting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in digital marketing and advertising sales is a plus.
2. Willing to embrace new challenges and passionate about growing with a startup team to achieve goals.
3. Positive and proactive attitude, strong resilience under pressure, and a highly ambitious mindset.

The work involves challenging new fields and creative methods, requiring broad thinking, versatility, high resilience to pressure, a willingness to communicate, attention to detail, English communication skills, and ability to work within a small team to create new possibilities.

#Job Description

Senior E-Commerce Specialist Responsibilities

1. Familiar with e-commerce operations, responsible for product listing and management on the official studio website and various online shopping platforms, as well as planning and executing promotional campaigns and writing product descriptions.

2. Proficient in marketing strategies, including Facebook and other social media advertising, SEO keyword marketing, and online reputation management. Capable of creating or leveraging trending topics to enhance company exposure and engagement.

3. Responsible for managing social media operations and writing content for Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and other platforms.

4. Plan and execute daily order fulfillment processes.

5. Design, create, and distribute newsletters, EDMs, and other promotional materials.

6. Maintain relationships and conduct business negotiations with distributors and suppliers internationally.

7. Expertise in online payment and logistics operations, ensuring smooth customer service system management and shopping experience.

8. Oversee customer service and order management systems, optimizing inventory control and product distribution efficiency.

9. Assist in physical and digital event and campaign planning and delivery, including documentation through photography and video editing.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. If temporary activities or special circumstances require working on holidays or weekends, additional leave will be coordinated. We cooperate with our London studio/press and many international partners; long-distance communication is the norm; our staff can expect a high degree of freedom which requires self-discipline.

#Salary

Salary dependent on experience (above 40,000), including labor and health insurance. Probation period is 3 months, with full salary. Also expect three-festival gift money and performance & year-end bonus.
 

#Location

Our Taiwan studio is very close to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station in Da'an District, Taipei City.
