RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an order/item, please contact us by email within 7 days of the order arrival indicating which item(s) you would like to return. If items are defective or damaged on arrival, please also provide images. Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
All items must be returned ‘as new’ in a saleable condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, items are not refundable if they have been used, worn or washed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For all returns and exchanges, please ensure that you mark ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the package. This will prevent any customs charges being added. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. Please also obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund or exchange items damaged or lost in transit. We will ask you to send us tracking information so that we can monitor the progress of the return to avoid delays.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
